From our first schematic drawing, the Kinkel firm designs with the end result in mind. The structure, mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as pedestrian flow are considered simultaneously. This philosophy ensures constructability by incorporating elements of detail (structural sizing, wall width, mechanical elements, etc.) into preliminary thinking and preliminary drawings. Because we have the ability to design by using this holistic method, constructability is a concern at the forefront and not an issue to be resolved later.
